1. Purpose
These terms govern bookings and use of local tours, activities, and vehicle/pickup services in Cebu, Philippines provided by Cebu Tour (cebutour.org, "we").
2. Booking Formation
A booking is formed when you submit a request on our website and we send a confirmation (by email or messenger). No charge is made before confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are based on Korean Won (KRW) and Philippine Peso (PHP); amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (such as Paddle), whose terms also apply.
4. Your Obligations
You must provide accurate booking information (name, contact, party size) and follow guide instructions and local safety rules during tours. Losses caused by inaccurate information may be borne by you.
5. Changes and Cancellation by Us
Itineraries may change or be cancelled due to weather, local authority restrictions, or other unavoidable causes. In such cases we provide a full refund or an alternative schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
We exercise reasonable care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by your intent or negligence, failure to follow safety rules, or causes beyond our control.
